The 2008 Maryland
NAMIWALKS for the Mind of America Walkathon
The 2.4 mile walk will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Centennial Park in Ellicott City, Maryland. Last year we held our fifth annual walk that raised close to $173,000 with over 2,000 walkers. The goal of the Walk is to raise both money and awareness regarding the need for America to build a world-class treatment and recovery system for children and adults with mental illness.
